You can excercise by running or doing push up with no cost at all.

Don’t have the time?
This is the most frequently heard reason. Try exercising for about five to ten minutes a day and do it anywhere, for example, in your office. You can use empty bottles filled with sand as a dumble. Try to find an article about how to exercise at home or at work. So there is no reason that you don’t have the time.
